About Calona
Calona is an adoptables site where you can adopt and raise your own virtual pets.
Calona started life in May 2009 with four main pets, the pink cute and cuddly Kitt family, the blue high flying Hawn family, the slippery green Swa family.and the small brown Mite family.
Every now and again a new species of pet is discovered.

Raising pets
Each pet needs clicks and views to progress through the stages of each life. Each stage of each pet has a different amount needed. Click are gained when someone clicks on and views your pets page. Views are gained when your pet is viewed using it's unique codes.

Stages
Each pet has at least 2 stages, egg and hatched. Once the requirements for the next stage are reach the pet can the hatch or evolve.

Registering
When you register at Calona your account is used on both the forum and the site.

There are several ranks you can obtain on the forum. The majority of these are obtained by posting there. Once you hit a certain amount of posts you automatically go up a rank. There are several special ranks where a moderator must assign you to the group. These ranks include Donator Artist Elder

Milestones
While playing Calona there are several achievements you can work for. When you complete them you earn a prize, depending on the difficulty of the task.
